Our First Carrot Harvest!

This year we let the girls throw out a few carrot seeds and lettuce seeds, just for fun!

Of course, the carrot seeds didn't get as much sunshine as they needed, nor were they spaced far enough apart....but nonetheless, we had a harvest!

Brad went out with the girls, and they were so excited to see the results of their patience. He carefully cleaned the tiny little carrot roots, and the entire harvest was eaten for supper!
