What a busy June we have planned for little Miss Evelynn! We started off with the highly anticipated dance camp the first week of June. Evelynn had so much fun exploring her inner-ballerina, and Lyla and I enjoyed a little one-on-one time while sister was away for 1 1/2 hours for four consecutive days this week. Not going to lie, it was a little exhausting running her back and forth, but her precious smile and excited narratives of each lesson made it worth it.

One of Evelynn's best friends, Denali. Evelynn told me today, "I just love Denali's smile, don't you, Momma?" Why yes, I do honey.
Preparing to show off their little Cinderella dance that was prepared this week. I took video, but let's face it, only a proud momma or papa could possibly appreciate the shy, forgetful, and rather awkward dance that ensued!
Though we aren't planning on attending dance classes this coming Fall, we are already looking forward to next year's dance camp! If my ballerina is still interested, maybe we'll spring for some formal weekly lessons...but until then, I think we'll enjoy our private rehearsals in the comfort of my living room!
