Signs that you are on a vacation with the Busers: rain, sunburns, and CAR TROUBLE!

Yup, that's right folks! In Waxahachie, Texas, our car broke down!
We had recently passed a guy on the side of the road with his hood up, and I told Brad, "Well, at least we are only having to stop for the girls to go potty and for you to fiddle with the car carrier. It could be worse...we could be that guy!"
What is that you say? The car temperature warning light came on? Our car is about to explode? Super!

Tow truck ride...and another family picture!
Can I just take a moment to tell you how thankful I am for technology? Not only were we able to use our cell phone to call a tow truck, Brad's sister, etc., but we were also able to get on the iPad and look at options, call some places for rates, and find a shop open to take the car on a Saturday evening!
Thankfully, we were only about an hour away from Brad's sister's apartment (good ol' Aunt Carrie), and she was able to meet us at the car shop to get us back to her place. The bummer part was that her car only seats four people! So Brad walked around looking like a complete bum for over two hours waiting for his turn to get a ride. Next time you see him, don't forget to ask him about the free coffee they gave him at Starbucks!
After a couple of nights with Carrie (and many more awkward car trips), we were able to get a new radiator and hit the road back home!
