Glimpse of Evelynn

Well, to be honest, it has been a busy month! The weather has warmed up big time, and we have been spending a lot more time outside. We also went for a visit to see the grandparents for an extended stay, and have been doing quite a bit of work around the house. So, here's my quick catch up for the blog:


This was a picture taken while we were visiting PaPa Woods. Evelynn still LOVES books, and would love nothing more than to have someone read to her all day long.

She also has a new love. I have been collecting some dress up clothes for quite some time now, and I was beginning to wonder if Evleynn was ever going to really take an interest in playing with them. Well the day has finally come! Here she is wearing an Angel costume that my mom picked up super cheap after Halloween. Evleynn thinks she is a princess though...and I didn't tell her any differently! She wore this dress all day long! You can even see her nightgown that she ditched that morning in the background!

Evelynn still loves being a big sister. She has been helping Lyla learn to crawl, mainly but just being a good motivator!

Just looking at these pictures makes me realize that Evelynn is really growing up! I have a super cute video of her to post, but for some reason it keeps failing. I will try to work on that and get it posted some other time.
