While Auntie A and Uncle B were in town, we did a little baking. As you can see this is post-black eye and swimming.
We are making pizza dough so we can grill pizza for lunch tomorrow! Yummy!
Evelynn liked the dough raw though...don't worry, no egg!

ReplyDeleteHer poor little eye. Did you freak out? When Addison got hurt at the gym daycare for the first time (some kid scratched her face) I freaked out. I always thought I'd be one of those moms who'd play it cool. Not so much!

ReplyDeleteActually I played it pretty cool considering! I was a little surprised that they didn't feel the need to call my cell phone and let me know it had happened, but I tried to remember that it could have happened just as easily if I had been standing there myself! Can you believe that we were able to take pictures only five days later for her first birthday? Kids heal sooo fast. If I bruise it is there for a month!
